MATHEMATICAL MODELLING OF THE CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR

The paper is aimed to create the mathematical model of centrifugal compressor based on group method data handling-type neural networks determine volumetric flow rate as dependence compressor’s technological parameters (the rotor’s angular velocity, inlet and outlet temperatures, pressures, atmospheric pressure). It important scientific task, because most compressors used in process industry don’t have equipment needed measure rate. does not allow estimate technical state during its operation. Verification developed has been performed, 336 points (collected from field measurements) with using natural gas (16ГЦ2-395/53-76C) Dolyna linear production administration transmittal pipelines. test results showed adequate efficiency model.
